Ezra Jayne was born January 13th via emergency c-section after Morgan became ill with HELLP syndrome, a rare complication of pre-eclampsia. Ezzie is 1 pound 6 ounces and 11.5 inches long. She came out crying and has been making steady strides ever since. Morgan is making her own strides in her recovery. And Nick is an amazing husband and father. Over the next 10 to 12 weeks Ezzie will stay in the NICU at Mary Washington hospital. Morgan and Nick will be juggling recovery, work, pets, and most importantly visiting Ezzie in the NICU.
