Standing with Melissa in Faith and Hope With hearts full of faith and hope, our family and friends are standing beside Melissa as she continues her courageous fight against pancreatic cancer. Since her diagnosis in May 2025, she has faced each day with grace, determination, and unwavering trust in God’s plan. Melissa has completed nine rounds of chemotherapy in preparation for surgery — the Whipple procedure — scheduled at Johns Hopkins on December 1, 2025. Her care team at the Johns Hopkins Multidisciplinary Pancreatic Cancer Center has designed this treatment plan to give her the best possible outcome, and we are so grateful for their expertise and compassionate care. We believe in God’s healing power and in the strength He’s given Melissa to overcome this challenge. As she continues her journey toward recovery, we’re asking for your continued prayers, love, and support! Melissa is one of the strongest, kindest, and most optimistic people we know!
