Story
Sally is headed home in a week! Sally has worked so hard the past several weeks in rehab. With the help of her medical team, her family, her friends and her unshakeable faith in God- she will be home October 9th! Sally still needs support as she transitions to home. Home Health and home PT/OT will help with her medical needs. Her family are organizing to stay with her for those first days as she settles back in. She has missed home so much and she is excited! You can help Sally, by bringing a meal by so that her and her caregivers can focus on this transition. Thank you!
