We are asking you for your support while our son Liam is on hospice. Liam had a valve repair surgery in July. That surgery didn’t go as planned and was introduced to the transplant process. After several tests it was determined that he was not a candidate for a new heart. The only reasonable option was to continue at home on hospice care.
