Story

https://gofund.me/e097fe5a3 In a matter of moments, everything changed. Abby a vibrant, compassionate, and deeply loved young woman was involved in a devastating car accident that has left her fighting for her life. What began as an ordinary day turned into a nightmare no family is ever prepared for. First responders worked tirelessly to free Abby from her vehicle. She coded twice at the scene. Since then, her journey has been nothing short of extraordinary marked by strength, resilience, and an unbreakable will to survive. Abby has already endured multiple emergency surgeries and continues to face many more in the days and weeks ahead. Her injuries are severe and life-altering, including traumatic brain injury, internal bleeding, and extensive orthopedic trauma. Each day is a rollercoaster of small victories and new challenges. Through it all, Abby is fighting hard and she is not alone. Her family has remained by her side every second advocating, praying, and holding onto hope. But the emotional toll is immense, and the financial burden continues to grow as they navigate hospital stays, surgeries, and the long road to recovery that lies ahead. This is where we come together. This GiveKind page has been created to support Abby’s family with meals, daily essentials, and relief during this incredibly overwhelming time. By helping care for them, we allow them to focus on what matters most: being present for Abby. If you’re able to give whether it’s a meal, a donation, or simply sharing this page you are making a real and meaningful difference in the lives of Abby’s family. Abby’s mother, father, and brothers have not left her side taking turns providing care 24/7 at Hartford hospital. Please continue to keep Abby in your thoughts and prayers. Her fight is far from over, but with the love and support of a community behind her, she does not fight alone. Thank you for standing with Abby and her family. ❤️
