Our dear Elle-Marie recently suffered a serious injury to her left foot while playing pickup soccer. She was diagnosed with an unstable Lisfranc injury and will need surgery, followed by a significant period of recovery. As Elle-Marie prepares for surgery and begins the healing process, she will need to take things slowly and focus on getting better. During this time, her husband, Sean, will also be by her side, helping care for her and supporting her through the challenges of recovery. Simple everyday tasks, including grocery shopping and preparing meals, may become difficult for them during this time. This is where we can come together as family and friends to make things a little easier for both of them. If you are able, please consider providing a meal, ordering a meal for Elle-Marie and Sean, or contributing a restaurant or grocery gift card. Even one meal can take something off their plate and allow them to focus their time and energy on healing. Every contribution, large or small, will make a meaningful difference. And meals aren't the only way to show your love. A text, phone call, visit, encouraging note, or simply letting Elle-Marie and Sean know you're thinking about them can lift their spirits during the difficult days ahead. Let's surround Elle-Marie and Sean with love, encouragement, and practical support as they face surgery and begin this journey toward healing. Together, we can help make this challenging season a little lighter for them. Thank you for caring about Elle-Marie and Sean and for being part of their support system. Every meal, gift card, message, prayer, and act of kindness is deeply appreciated.
