Mt. Hermon Cemetery is part of a decommissioned church in rural, southeast Tennessee. The fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The hope is to build the fund to an amount that allows the interest from the fund to pay for the maintenance of the cemetery. This would provide perpetual care for the 187 existing grave sites, the oldest being from 1890.
