For the past three years, I’ve called Las Vegas home. My journey here has been anything but smooth. After a tough situation left me stranded with no way to get back home, I faced the harsh reality of homelessness for six long months. It was a challenging time that taught me the value of hard work and determination. Today, I’m working every day, doing my best to make ends meet, but the cost of living is high. I find myself paying too much for rent, just for the basic comforts of a shower and a bed. Unfortunately, I’ve also lost the keys to my vehicle, which is in desperate need of new tires to be safe on the road. What I really seek is support—a little help to get ahead and transform my current struggles into stepping stones for a brighter future. Life often feels like a losing battle, but I believe with the right resources and encouragement, I can turn it all around. I’m committed to taking one step at a time, striving toward a more stable and fulfilling life in this vibrant city.
