Olivia and Keegan are expecting baby Julian to arrive in mid-September! For the first couple of weeks after the baby arrives, they will have lots of family around to care for and support them. After that, they will need their community to step in and help, and a big way we can do that is by providing healthy, nourishing meals. You can help in a couple of ways-- first, you can drop off freezer-ready food before Julian is born so that the freezer is stocked when they need it. Second, you can make food, order the family delivery, or send them a gift card after he is born. Olivia has provided some recipes in the "Special Notes" below. If you want to make something else, consider making a "warming" recipe (more info below, but think soups, stews, and well-cooked protein, veggies, and fruits).
