Thank you for visiting my page and for expressing interest in being of support in my journey. I have been living with Metastatic Breast Cancer for 5yrs. Managing my treatment plan has become a full time job and I’m really starting to struggle with keeping up with my daily care and normal everyday tasks. Looking to have friends help more often and also visit me to provide some company. I feel very alone a good part of the time and feeling like there is a team of people supporting me would make all the difference in the world. Spending time with me does not mean having to fix things or make me feel better. This is a crappy situation and what helps most is simply feeling loved. Currently, I am on a chemotherapy called Enhertu. I go in for infusions every 3 weeks. I feel the worst for about 5-7 days after the infusion. So much so that I find it hard to leave my house. Company during those days is so helpful. Even if someone just sits and watches a little TV with me. As the side effects lighten up, it is nice to have a friend pick me up and get me out of the house. I’m open to ideas and suggestions =) If you live out of the area, Amazon gift cards are great. I can use them to order groceries online.
