Hi All, Jenny is undergoing a hysterectomy this Thursday, April 30th. While having scans done for painful ovarian cysts Doctors found a concerning lesion in her uterus. They will be removing her fallopian tubes, uterus and whatever scar tissue from endometriosis they can. The lesion will then be sent off for biopsy. Surgery will be at Stone Oak Methodist and if all goes she will go home that day. The Gilillands do not have family in the area and as you know Bennett has severe autism. Jeff will be holding down the fort all alone caring for both Jen post-surgery and Bennett’s daily needs. He’ll also be working and is going to have his hands full! Please feel free to visit as Jen would definitely appreciate the company. She’s been told she’ll be in bed for approximately 2 weeks.
