Melanie is losing motor skills, cannot drive, does not walk well, has a hard time standing long enough to cook. She hasn’t worked since August. Because they don’t have a diagnosis, she cannot get disability benefits yet. Keith is doing all the cooking, and the girls are helping with laundry and keeping the house clean. They have agreed to let me set up a meal train for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to help them out.
Please remember that Melanie cannot drive, so gift cards are ok if they can get delivery. The girls are picky eaters, as most teenagers are. They love chicken, chicken fried rice, chicken pasta (white sauce only), chicken fingers, etc. One of them likes hamburgers, the other only likes ground beef in hamburger helper. They both will eat steak and cheese pizza They like French fries, but no other potatoes. They will both eat tilapia, but not salmon. They like ham and pork. They love rice.
