If you know Jaclyn, you know her as an incredible wife, devoted mother, loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend to everyone she encounters. Recently, Jaclyn received the life-changing news that she had been diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer. In the coming weeks, she will begin chemotherapy, followed by radiation and a recommended double mastectomy. While HER2-positive breast cancer is known to be aggressive, it is also one of the most treatable and curable forms of breast cancer. Her care team is extremely optimistic, thanks to a negative PET scan and Jaclyn's overall excellent health. As Jaclyn and her family prepare for the months of treatment ahead, we'd love to come together as a community to help lighten their load in a meaningful way.
