Our neighbors, the Lengyel family, are going through a very difficult time. Over the weekend, Dave was involved in a serious skiing accident in NY and sustained a head injury. He was life-flighted to the hospital and has been receiving intensive medical care. We are thankful to share that he has been brought out of a coma and recognizes his wife and children, though he is still in significant pain and facing a long recovery, including surgery. With everything the family is managing right now—medical care, travel, and keeping life as steady as possible for their kids—we wanted to come together as a community to help in a practical way. Providing meals or gift cards can ease some of the daily burden during this time.
