As many of you know, stacey and Ron have not had the best of luck in the past two months. They lost their family pet, and stacey was so distraught. She thought she could handle the unexpected drowning of Maddie, but her stress took a toll on her heart, and she had a massive heart attack ie; widowmaker on April 12, 2023 and miraculously Survived it. Her last echocardiogram last week showed her heart is still only working at 35%, and on top of this her husband (Ron) of almost 20 years, and a United States Air Force Retiree went to St. Luke’s to have a quadruple bypass and open heart surgery. He is being discharged today, and stacey is having to care for him despite her own recent cardiac event. I’m just trying to take a little load off their stress as she will have to care for him for the next six months, and of course her self on top of it. she would absolutely kill me if she knew about this because she absolutely will not ask for help so I am asking for her. They both require healthy meals for just the two of them. because of Ron’s continued breathing issues, The house house has to remain stress free, quite to remain quiet amd calm.
There is no food allergies, there is a dog that will bark if food is being delivered, but does not have access to the front yard/door. They have a ring doorbell, so she is able to see when things are delivered or dropped off healthy food is requested salads and any grilled food or baked food trying to cut and stay away from and minimize carbs.
