Sherrie Sharing her story: Over the last year my husband's health has significantly deteriorated and was also rediagnosed with cancer. We have been going through chemo treatments for the last 8 months. I am working part time so I can help take care of him. My state leave ran out a few weeks ago, so I'm starting to use my vacation time to make up the time difference. This leave is also running out quickly. Due to many medical bills, we have depleted much of our savings. At the beginning of July, we came home from my husband's chemo treatment to find a note on door saying our landlord was ending lease, and we need to be out by October 6. This news was completely unexpected. Right after we got the moving news, Jamie was admitted to hospital for pneumonia and has been going back and forth between the hospital and rehabilitation facility for the last 4 weeks since he is not strong enough to come home. We need to raise a lot of money for housing changes, moving expenses and medical bills. Thank you so much for helping us with all of these expenses.
