Many of you know Phil & Jacque Deckard from Emmanuel Church or our Martinsville community! You may have seen Jacque greeting visitors at our church doors, with that BIG smile on her face! Recently, Jacque was involved in a car accident. This accident has landed her in the hospital with a broken leg, broken ankle, and broken toes. Her daughter, Meredith, says her right leg is basically shattered from the knee down. She is scheduled for THREE surgeries (at least). She has not been released from the hospital yet, BUT hopefully by Monday, she will be home with the medical devices she needs to hold her over in anticipation of all of the surgeries she will need to schedule. Her family has noted that they DO NOT need physical meals. They are blessed to have a great family unit all around them who will provide immediate meals.
