Hey guys, if you dont know already, my name is Samantha. I am 31, happily married and we have 3 beautiful babies. On October 22nd I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. Before all of this happened my husband busted his butt and worked as many hours as he could and made ends meet for us and the babies. Since I fell ill, I have been having frequent appointments. With only one vehicle and no local family to help transport me to these appointments, my husband had to file for FMLA intermittent to get me to these appointments and will have to also take time off when I have my surgery that is coming up. All of this now has us barely surviving and barely able to make ends meet. Anything donated will help with travel expenses to and from UHC for appointments and surgery, food, bills, any uncovered medical expenses and anything else that might arise.
