Please join me in helping support the family of Noah Barrows, as they grieve this devastating loss. Noah was an 18 year old Class of 2023 Early County High School graduate who spent his summers working at a youth camp in Alabama. Last week Noah was transported to the hospital after he was found unresponsive at the camp where he was working. Noah had been feeling unwell the night before. We know he had a significant brain injury (swelling on the brain). They are unsure of the cause of the swelling but after some testing they have determined he has suffered some strokes, possibly due to dehydration and heat. Noah’s family was informed by The Legacy of Hope organization that last month Noah registered himself as an organ donor. In honoring his requests, Noah was transferred to UAB yesterday to under go surgery this morning, as recipients were found for his organs.Noah's selflessness will save many lives. Please pray for his family, friends, staff members at the YMCA camp, and all who loved him.
