I will be in a sling for 4 weeks then from weeks 4-8 post op I can slowly start using my arm again but nothing overhead. My niece will be here for the first 2 weeks so I'll just need help for 3-4 weeks after that. I'm hoping I can move my arm enough to prepare dinner by week 6 post op. If I depend on my son to eat, I'll starve. Lol
I'm a plain picky eater. Chicken, beef, pasta. Potatoes, corn, green beans. Pizza or soups. As long as I can eat it with one hand. Cody can help me cut things.
