Mrs. Rolle is going through preventive chemotherapy for uterine cancer. She will hopefully be done with treatment in mid-September. It's hard to say how chemotherapy will affect anyone. I can say that it takes a physical, mental, and financial toll on not just the person experiencing cancer, but their family, too. This page is for us to help Mrs. Rolle and her family during this time. There is no pressure here. We give what we can, when we can. If you have any other ways to help, please let me know!
Mrs. Rolle's family does not eat any pork products. Mr. Rolle is a vegetarian, but it is my understanding that he does eat eggs and dairy products. Mr. Rolle loves rice and beans (however, they need to be separate) The goal here is to provide at least a couple of meals a week. If you would like to provide on a day I didn't put in here, please feel free. I put in the options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to widen options for everyone. I don't know what everyone's schedules look like. Once you sign up, I will email you Mrs. Rolle's address. Hopefully, we can alleviate some of her daily tasks and help her family as well. She needs some rest.
