Support and Meal Train for Baby Blanchard

Ashburn, VA

Story

Let’s show some love to Amy and Nick as they welcome their newest little teammate! 🍼💛 Many of you know Amy and Nick from CrossFit Verity, through work, or from the aerial arts world. They’re the kind of people who show up for their community, whether that’s cheering you through a tough workout, sharing a laugh, or bonding over cats and a slice of Mom’s Apple Pie. 🐈🥧 Now it’s our turn to show up for them. As they settle into life with their new baby, we’re organizing a meal train to help make those early weeks a little easier (and a lot more delicious). To help make the transition into newborn life a little easier, we’re organizing a meal train. A few helpful details: • Drop off time: 5:30–6:30 pm • Days: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday • Drop off: Please leave meals on the porch so Amy, Nick, and baby girl can enjoy some quiet bonding time during the first weeks. If you’re able, please consider signing up to drop off a meal, send a treat, or help keep the fridge stocked. Every little bit of support means the world during this special and sleep deprived season. ❤️ Thank you for helping surround this wonderful family with care, good food, and community!

Special Notes

Food preferences: They are very easygoing eaters and love meals with plenty of protein. Chicken, beef, turkey, fish, veggies, grains, and flavorful or spicy cuisines are all welcome! Meals are a simple but meaningful way to show love during those early, sleep deprived days. Thank you for helping take care of this wonderful family. 💛
