I have started this meal train to support our family that are all sharing a home with many medical and physical constraints. Healthy eating is important to healing and it is lacking in this home with many Dr appointments in and out of the home. Some days are very chaotic and leads to eating out or snacking or quick or missed meals. I’m hoping we can come together to provide them with meals 3-4 times a week (every other day would be ideal) that they can eat off of with leftovers for lunch and dinner. Feel free to select several days with one drop off if that is more convenient for you.
