They don’t have any dietary restrictions or preferences, so please feel free to bring whatever you’d like. For the first couple of weeks after the baby arrives, if you’re planning to drop off a meal, please text ahead of time and leave the food by the door. They are asking that no visitors come inside during those early days as they settle in and adjust to life with a newborn. Thank you so much for understanding and helping give them the space they need to rest and recover. After the first couple of weeks, you’re welcome to text ahead if you’d like to visit or spend some time with them. They’ll navigate visits day by day depending on how everyone is doing. And, if you happen to get sick around the time you’re scheduled to deliver a meal, please reach out to Krista. We can help coordinate someone else to step in so you don’t have to worry about it.
