I know many of you have recently found out about our dear friend Doug Watkins and his recent diagnosis.. He sadly was diagnosed with a fast-acting brain tumor, and doctors believe he may only have a week or two left. He is now requiring 24/7 supervision and care, as the cancer has affected his ability to control his impulses and safely be on his own. His wife, Rikki, of 44 years is facing the unimaginable reality of caring for him through his final days. She has had to step away from work to be by his side, and understandably, even the simplest everyday tasks have become overwhelming. We've creating this page to surround their family with practical love and support during this incredibly painful time. 🍲 MEALS If you're able to provide a home-cooked meal, order takeout, send a gift card, or contribute toward groceries, it would take one more thing off her plate. She shouldn't have to worry about cooking when her focus needs to be on her husband and family. 💛 FINANCIAL SUPPORT Being out of work while providing around-the-clock care has created an additional financial burden.
