Organizing a meal train for Amanda. She underwent emergency gallbladder surgery and is currently recovering. She will be in recovery-mode for the next week. If anyone would like to send a meal her way for the family, I know that it would take at least one item of decision-making off her list of things to think about. Please no fried foods or mushrooms.
