Hello. I am a single mother with many complex medical conditions. My son also has epilepsy, autism, adhd, and asthma. Life has been quite difficult lately. We lost one of cats due to urinary blockage and kidney failure. We are homeschooling because it safer for my son. And I have been admitted to the hospital 27 times since May 2026. I have 52 diagnoses and I am having surgery in the next few weeks to have a j/g peg tube placed. Also, today, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease. So to add to everything I also have this. My ability to prepare for school, make sure we both have the diets we need, and that bills get paid, and I am just one person. I am hoping to build myself a small village and some digital and in person support.
I cannot do a lot the more raw a food is the better. My son is very sensory sensitive and requires specific items as well
