Our friend Gia is battling colon cancer. She is a 49-year-old widow supporting her twin daughters alone, and has also lost the majority of her immediate family. Gia has been unable to work for months and is currently undergoing surgery and treatments, with a very long road ahead of her. The bills are piling up, adding additional stress as she is unable to work. Gia has always been a loving and dedicated mother, putting her children first even in the most difficult circumstances. Watching her struggle through pain and uncertainty has been heartbreaking for the family. They are doing everything we can to support her, but the financial burden is overwhelming.
