Frankie is a friend and a wonderful person all around with helping others to being a part of the HFC family in many ways. We want to surround her family with Love and care as she has recently undergone emergency surgery. With this she will be limited in her abilities and to help her we ask for meals and donations to help the family where they will need it most. Erick is allergic to gluten, tomatoes, red dye, pineapple, and coconut. Some great gluten free product brands for quick and easy meals are Udi's gluten free, and Enjoy Life Gluten Free. They have pasta bakes and lasagna (get a tomato free one...), and more!
