Our mom had a stroke about a month ago. She will be released from the hospital soon and will be renting a home in Junction City for a few months while she does therapy and rehab. She has a long recovery ahead of her and I think getting them some meals so that will be one less stress.
Mom has no allergies to foods and has been giving to go ahead from speech therapy to eat anything she wants. She has no specific requests.
