Hi everyone! My mom, Carol, just had a major open heart surgery 5/13 and is now being discharged home. She is going to be very limited on what she can do in order to heal. I am making this page to set up a meal train so that can be one less thing that she has to worry about. She can’t have a lot of dark leafy greens due to being on a blood thinner. They have recommended that she eats a Mediterranean diet but a few comfort foods would be good too! Thank you to anyone who is able to help!
