Messiah was the funniest kid. He was so kind and so loyal. He loved being a role model to his younger siblings and if it bothered having them around, he'd never show it. He always had a heart of joy being with them. He was sacrificial and knew how hard his mama worked and was willing to fill in the Gap wherever he was needed. Tragically and without understanding, Messiah passed away in a drowning on June 29th. It doesn't seem real. This has affected not only its family, but a group of boys who are just starting to figure things out. An immeasurable loss for so many and for our community.
Currently to help healing, and for personal reasons food cannot be delivered to the home. So we are asking for gift cards to be purchased to restaurants and delivery where the codes can be sent and the family can do the ordering. There are two adults and five children.
