Supporting Anna & Baby Rex 💙 At Oakmont Family Dental, we’re more than just a workplace—we’re a family. Right now, one of our own, Anna Cider, needs our love and support more than ever. Anna’s sweet baby boy, Rex, is bravely fighting cancer. His treatments take place two hours away in Portland, requiring weekly travel and frequent overnight stays so he can receive chemotherapy. No parent should have to walk this journey, but when they do, the support of community makes all the difference. Rex is a true trooper—he recently had a check-up on August 12th, and they received some hopeful news: the tumor has shrunk! If you look at the update photos, you’ll see his amazing progress—on the right is Rex at his first appointment, and on the left is his most recent. The difference is clear, and Rex will continue with chemo until he beats this completely. As Anna and her family navigate this difficult season, we want to wrap around them with care. Whether it’s through meals, gift cards, helping hands, or simply loving on Rex, every bit of kindness counts.
