Support for the Doucette Family

Story

Hello Friends & Family! After a couple weeks of life-threatening Anaphylaxis due to allergies (most likely from mold in the home that the Doucettes are working on mitigating- which is proving to be extremely expensive), Paula was transported to the Boston ER and admitted for treatment. Her family are so thankful to have gotten Paula home last night. What they were not anticipating was how much more recovering Paula still has left to be able to be home alone herself, let alone try to care for herself and Kyleigh at all. She is still very weak and struggling with confusion and memory issues still. She cannot walk very far or care for herself fully. Boston brought her home stabilized, but she still has a long way to go to be recovered and we do not know how long this may take. They would appreciate any help with Kyleigh during the day if people who are available would like to reach out to the family! Kyleigh loves to play with other kids and loves being outside but Paula currently cannot go down stairs to get outside yet so Kyleigh can get out, and Kyleigh gets cabin fever in the studio really quickly and bored with Paula not being able to do things with her currently. Meals for this sweet family of five would be a huge help! Any financial support (a GoFundMe will soon follow) and prayer are very much appreciated! Thank you!!💕

Special Notes

This family of five has one member who is a vegetarian and one who allergic to shellfish. Paula cannot have red meat, pork, onions, or eggs because of her gallbladder. She cannot eat processed food due to the sodium content with the inflammation/swelling which will take a few months to fully resolve. So no salt is best if possible. She is also having new allergic reactions to bananas so those should be avoided as well.
