Hi everyone, Recently, my mom was diagnosed with cancer and type 2 diabetes. After undergoing an extensive surgery to remove the mass, she is now in recovery. Unfortunately, she is currently on unpaid leave from work and uninsured until January, making this an incredibly difficult time for her both emotionally and financially. Between mounting medical bills and everyday living expenses, she’s struggling to stay afloat. My mom is one of the most caring and selfless people I know—she’s an amazing mother and a proud grandmother to two wonderful grandkids. We’re beyond grateful that her surgery was successful and that she’s here with us, healing and hopeful. She’s never been one to ask for help, even when she truly needs it. So, I’ve created this fundraiser on her behalf. Any contribution, no matter how small; would mean the world to her and our family as she focuses on recovery and getting back on her feet.
