Baby Maverick Haluzak is here! He was born on 4/4/2024 weighing 7 lbs 4 oz. Ally and baby Maverick are well and getting much-needed rest. We all know how exciting and challenging the first few weeks are so let’s all show them support through their transition in becoming a family of 4! Let’s rally around them and show them how loved they are! Right now we want to make sure they are well fed and getting rest when they can. We will update this page as their needs change. If you plan to participate in the meal train, it would be very helpful if you could write in what you intend to bring so they know what to anticipate for food. Also, so they can prepare something for Jordy if need be (we all know how picky little ones can be). Jordy loves kid-friendly meals as well. Please use disposable containers or containers you don’t need back so Ally and Nick have one less thing to keep track of. If there are any specific reheating/baking instructions please leave that on a note with the food when dropping it off. Let’s please be mindful that having a newborn means not getting much sleep so please understand they may not be up for hosting. Please be prepared to just drop off the food so they can get the rest they very much need. Grubhub is one of the only food delivery services that will deliver prepared food if you prefer to just get a food gift card. Also, there is Walmart delivery as well. Anything you can prepare or gift to help the Haluzak family transition to being a family of 4 would be great! If fixing a meal with meat their preference is chicken and ground turkey/ground beef. If you have any doubts, text first. Thank you!
