I am asking for everyone’s thoughts and prayers again for the Kovachevich family. While playing with our daughter yesterday Kev came down wrong and his femur essentially smashed into his tibia splitting it in two. They attempted to conscious sedate him and reset the bone back in place but a new X-ray confirmed the reset failed. They took him immediately up to surgery and placed an external fixator to stretch the bones apart and allow for swelling to go down before he will need another surgery to place plates and pins in his knee. With that he will be out of work and non weight bearing for at least 8-12 weeks. We are trying to figure out how to navigate through this hard time. For now just think about pain control and a quick and safe recovery for him. I am Bobbie’s coworker and I am setting up a meal train for them! They both work two jobs and don’t have like any family in state. Anything helps! Thank you for your prayers and helping hands!
