Hi my name is Taylor Jackson, I’m currently 19, This is written on behalf of my younger brother age 12 years. Since childhood, his greatest hope has been to have a VR headset. He used to watch videos related to virtual reality all day long. We made a promise to him that if he manages to improve his grades and proves himself to be responsible both within and out of school, we will buy him one. He kept up with his promise. He gave his best efforts, improved his grades tremendously, got involved in some additional chores, and made tremendous progress. He did deserve his dream fully. When Oculus headset came in, it was the happiest moment of his life. after a couple of months…..Unfortunately, this joy has been replaced. for the last couple of days, as the headset is now suffering from a problem. It starts to freeze, shows an error messages, and switches off after only a couple of minutes of playing time. disconnects him from his friends. he has been crying for days, sitting on his bed holding a headset that is too hot to even wear. It breaks my heart to see him this upset after he did everything right to earn it. We tried taking it apart too see what was wrong but nothing seemed to work. We want to replace his headset so his hard work wasn't for nothing, but we need a little help to get him a new, reliable one.
