Supporting the parker family

Smithfield, VA

Story

We are calling on friends, family, and extended community to surround this family by helping provide meals as they grieve and begin to navigate life without their beloved daughter, sister, and friend. She was a woman full of life. A powerful preacher, a gifted singer, and a lover of the arts who devoted herself to studying and expressing creativity. She was a proud member of Rehoboth Church, where her mother serves faithfully as Pastor, and where her love for the Lord shined brightly. Above all, she was a fighter. Strong in faith, resilient in spirit, and deeply rooted in God’s word. Her life reflected her love for Christ, and her legacy lives on through every soul she touched. “Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23 During this season of mourning, let us become the village that carries this family when they cannot carry themselves. Whether you are able to donate a meal, time, or simply your energy and prayers, every offering is a blessing. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for loving loudly. Thank you for helping wrap this family in care during their time of need.
