Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself . I was diagnosed with invasive carcinoma ductal breast cancer stage 2b in Oct 2025. I thought I had years before having to worry about this . My husband in jail my family having nothing to do with me. I was alone and trying to figure out how I was going to get through this all while homeless. Sleeping in a camper that had no power or water much less heat and trying to find a ride to treatment. My aunt came said let's go home and uprooted her life to save mine . She made sure I got to chemotherapy treatment and had meals to eat so that I could get the treatment. My first chemo was so scary and I was alone . The second was postponed bc my wbc was low but the following week she had my wbc up and chemo was a go . I went Feb 10 for my pet scan and to meet the social worker to find resources and help . I was ready to give up but instead I chose to fight not for myself but to finish the fight my dad started but unfortunately didn't beat . My aunt kicked me out 2 weeks before my surgery and I was I in a hotel for a few days until my mom came and got me to let me stay in the camper in her yard . I have no help financially or mentally as I have to do everything on my own . I am still trying to get disability started and since have had to have a second surgery on my right breast due to not healing properly. And now I also have limited mobility because of swelling in my legs due to my Albumin being low .
