Jaden is a sweet, brave boy whose life changed in an instant when he suddenly went into cardiac arrest while playing basketball. In an unimaginable moment, his dad, Jeff, had to step in and perform CPR and use an AED to save his son's life. Thanks to his quick actions and incredible strength, Jaden is still with us today. Now, Jaden faces the next step in his journey - heart surgery and an extended stay in the hospital as doctors work to heal his heart and keep him safe. He was diagnosed with Coronary anomalous of the left main Coronary artery. As his family stands by his side, they are navigating fear, hope, and strength all at once, grateful for every heartbeat and asking for support as Jaden continues his fight toward recovery. While Jaden recovers, both Kim and Jeff will be off of work to be by his side. With all travel expenses back and forth from the hospital and loss of income, this has created a significant need for the family.
