Via Jillian’s FB page: Our hearts are broken 💔. Levi’s same eye is swollen again, but this time seems worse. It got swollen much faster but out of nowhere again, he’s running fever, congested, absolutely will not eat or drink or take anything by mouth, he is in horrible pain, he has sensitivity to light, and he is sleeping nonstop only waking up to cry in pain occasionally. We are currently at an urgent care ER in Fort Worth by my dad’s (came for a wedding this weekend), he got a shot of rocephin, they started an IV, are going to start fluids and vancomycin, and the dr here is waiting to here back from McLane Children’s admissions back home about getting him transferred down there and admitted. Bubba is so miserable and honestly, this time we are a bit more scared because of how much he’s sleeping and not wanting to wake up. We thought the surgery last time was supposed to help all this but it hasn’t since this is his 3rd eye issue. Everyone is on standby right now for once we hear from the hospital and we will figure things out with everything as we go. Please keep little man in your prayers and we will keep everyone updated as soon as we get the green light to go back down there. Fast forward to today: Today has been eventful but the good news is WE ARE HEADED HOME!!!! I can’t thank my gf MacKenzie Rogers with Touchstone Infusions for busting her butt so fast and having her company on standby for our paperwork to get us our IV antibiotics. Literally got the order yesterday afternoon and she drove down her from Rowlett with the nurse today just to make sure we got all we needed and to see me and little man!! We wouldn’t be going home today if it wasn’t for her and her company. And daddy comes home tomorrow!!! Thanks to everyone who has called, text, FaceTimed, offered to get or bring us stuff, prayed, and everything else. We are home now if anyone wants to drop by. and bubba is so happy as you can tell lol ❤️
