Noah’s medical journey began in December 2021 when he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. He immediately started chemotherapy and underwent major surgery to replace his left femur with an internal prosthetic. After completing treatment, he experienced a recurrence in the same leg, which was removed surgically and followed by a full course of radiation. In March 2023, we celebrated what we hoped would be his final treatment. Recently, Noah underwent a full series of scans — a chest CT, a CT of his leg, an MRI, and a PET scan. These revealed two new tumors in the soft tissue of his upper left thigh, right next to his prosthesis. The PET scan also showed activity in a pelvic lymph node, and he is now undergoing a biopsy so we can understand exactly what we’re facing. We are preparing for surgery and waiting for more information about the next steps. Through every chapter of this journey, Noah has shown steady courage, determination, and a quiet strength that inspires everyone around him.
