Noah’s medical journey began in December 2021 when he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. He immediately started chemotherapy and underwent major surgery to replace his left femur with an internal prosthetic. After completing treatment, he experienced a recurrence in the same leg, which was removed surgically and followed by a full course of radiation. In March 2023, we celebrated what we hoped would be his final treatment. Recently, Noah underwent a full series of scans — a chest CT, a CT of his leg, an MRI, and a PET scan. These revealed two new tumors in the soft tissue of his upper left thigh, right next to his prosthesis. The PET scan also showed activity in a pelvic lymph node, and he is now undergoing a biopsy so we can understand exactly what we’re facing. We are preparing for surgery and waiting for more information about the next steps. Through every chapter of this journey, Noah has shown steady courage, determination, and a quiet strength that inspires everyone around him. As his mom, I’m doing everything I can to support him while working full‑time to maintain the insurance that makes his care possible and keeping our home stable for all four of my children — my oldest daughter in college, my middle daughter, my youngest daughter, and Noah. This season brings a lot to balance medically, financially, and logistically, and support from our community truly helps us stay grounded. This page is a place for our village to come together — through meals, help with the girls, household support, encouragement, or financial assistance. Your kindness gives us room to focus on Noah’s care and to navigate whatever comes next. Thank you for standing with our family and for being part of Noah’s strength story. For those who prefer to support financially, our GoFundMe is linked here.
