Jeris’ Surgery & Cancer Journey

Story

Hello Friends 💛 Over the past several months, Jeris has been navigating a challenging cancer journey and recently completed the first major phase of treatment, including over three months of chemo and supportive therapies. It has been a physically and emotionally demanding season, and she has faced it with incredible strength and resilience. On January 27, Jeris will undergo major surgery, followed by a long and gradual recovery that will take place over many weeks and likely months. As Jeris focuses on healing, the support of friends and community will mean so much. Practical help—especially nutritious meals —will ease the day-to-day load for Jeris and her family and allow them to focus on rest, recovery, and being together. If you’d like to help but are too busy to cook, Uber Eats gift cards are very helpful too! This page was created because so many people have asked how they can help. Please see the Special Notes section for meal suggestions and helpful guidance. Thank you for loving Jeris and her family so well. Every meal, message, and act of kindness is deeply felt and truly appreciated as they move through this next chapter. We are holding hope close and moving forward together, one day at a time. 💞🙏
