I'm currently without a home due to a wrongful Eviction. The landlord was also my employer. So as I complained about not doing your legal things at work I also complained about living conditions in the rental property. I was being threatened at work with physical violence if I did not do illegal actions. I was being. Threatened at home that if I did not go to work and do just that I was supposed to I would be a Evicted. Although while I have no flooting holes in the floor as big as basket balls, no heat /ac there.water only runs in the shower .holes in the roof black mold Everywhere. On march fourteenth two thousand twenty five ,the landlord employer , withholding a month and a half worth of paychecks , was confronted by me. He stated that he didnt believe that I had money for lawyer and he could kick me on any time he wanted. He first started by cutting off the lights in the water. Then filed a perjurist court case. Ultimately ending in my eviction b , only because he had to write because it was a Month to vent rental agreement. All other charges he filed on the case were dismissed. Short story of a long event.I am homeless With a temporary stay with relatives. I find it hard to seek attorney I didn't have funds for. But more importantly i'm just trying to get buns to move into a new home preferably a tiny house. Me and my dog need a safe place. One that I can call hone and never be in this Position. Again. You cannot even imagine the amount of abuse threats. Physical violence terrible living conditions. Is all the hell I endured and because a man has money, but I don't, I'm just Average joe- so I lost.
