Jean's ruptured aneurysm on December 30 changed life significantly for her husband Ed and many other people. So many people have asked to help that we started this page to coordinate meals, shopping and rides for Ed, and now that Jean has returned, for her as well.
TRANSPORT involves Ed, DD, his good aide, and his wheelchair. DD does all the transferring and lifting. It is easiest for Ed to access the front seat.The travel chair is small and light, but the little wheels might have snow or dirt on them. It fits between the front and back seats in my Prius and also easily in the hatch.
