Here are some things to consider: - Review the calendar for what are other people are sharing for food with the Gayles. - Prep a dinner for a family of six (including Joe’s parents) and consider making extra for leftovers. - Hallelujah for complete meals (think of adding a salad, side, dessert, or drinks to your main). If possible, keep dairy on the side as someone is lactose intolerant. - Deliver meals that do not require too much assembly beyond reheating. - Pack meals in recyclable containers that you do not want returned. - Label recyclable containers with any prep instruction.
