Hi everyone, it is Jenika (pam's oldest daughter). Unfortunately, after 6 years in remission my mom has been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. While this diagnosis has been extremely difficult for my family and I, we are completely overwhelmed by the love, support and kindness that our community has shown us. You all have been the beautiful light shining through the broken cracks that this sickness has caused. Upon being diagnosed, our family was locationally together, making navigating this new reality somewhat "simple". However, as my sister and I leave for college, the weight we once carried is being left upon my younger brother Cj, mom, dad and nana. I am creating this page in hopes to still be a big sister from afar by coordinating ways in which I lighten the load for my brother, dad, nana and mom.
