Hi everyone, my name is Brittney. I’m a 31-year-old mom to two beautiful kiddos and a life partner to an amazing, hard-working man. Many of you know that I have been sick since I was very young. After more than a decade of misdiagnoses, countless specialists, medications, and hospital stays, I finally received the correct diagnosis: Dysautonomia, which for me includes POTS, EDS, MCAS, and Orthostatic Hypotension. Recently, things have become more serious. I was diagnosed with SVT and V-tach, and these heart rhythm issues are beginning to weaken my heart. My doctors have scheduled me for an EP study with ablation, which we hope will correct the problem and keep me off the transplant list. During my recovery, I won’t be able to do very much—especially cooking—which is a big part of keeping our family running. I’m reaching out with a humble and grateful heart to ask for meal support during this time. Providing a meal would take a huge weight off our shoulders and allow me to focus on healing while keeping life as normal as possible for my kids. Thank you so much for your love, prayers, and support. Every meal, kind thought, and helping hand means more than we can say.
